Meeting of the Board of Administration
and Annual General Meeting
23 August 2007 at ICAO Headquarters
During these meetings the following was covered: :
  • Approval of auditors' report and financial results for 2006-2007.
  • Review of the status of the Research Projects.
  • Appointment of Claude Bédard (ETS) to the Executive Committee; he takes over from the Université de Sherbrooke representative.
  • Nomination of new representatives: Georges Abdul-Nour (UQTR), Pierre Labossière (U. Sherbrooke), Ron Kane (AIAC), Jean-Pierre Ouellet (UQAR), Hervé Touron (Sinters), Marc Villeneuve (Bombardier), Nick Giannias (Presagis, formerly Engenuity Tecchnologies) and Jean-Paul Thiéblot (Artec);
  • The nomination of Aéro Montréal as an Associate Member of CRIAQ, represented by its Director General Suzanne Benoît (who sits Board as an observer)

The members expressed satisfaction with the year's results and the high vitality of the Consortium.
