Dominique Sauvé has been active in the aerospace industry for the past fifteen years. She holds a Master degree in aerospace engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. Mrs. Sauvé first worked as a structural engineer at Bombardier Aerospace, and specialized in damage tolerance. In 2000, she won the prestigious « Business Economist Challenge » from The Economist while obtaining an MBA at HEC Montreal (Hautes Études Commerciales). She then joined the CTA (Centre technologique en aérospatiale) as Director, and was instrumental in putting together a major project in the field of High Speed Machining, as well as positioning CTA as an important innovation center through partnerships development. Mrs. Sauvé joined CRIAQ in 2006 as Project Manager. She coordinates and integrates the technical and legal aspects of CRIAQ projects through pre-competitive research project agreements.
