What is a CRIAQ project idea?
CRIAQ supports both pre-competitive and competitive research whose technological advancements enable organizations to become more innovative and position themselves as leaders in the sustainable air mobility of the future.
CRIAQ projects must be collaborative in nature and involve a minimum of two partners (one industry partner and one public research organization, or two industry partners). Project partners share the costs, risks, and results of the research projects in which they participate. CRIAQ’s role is to provide its members with strategic, financial, and administrative support throughout the development and execution of these projects.
Step 1

Step 2
Project idea selection
After receiving the project ideas, the CRIAQ team will review and select those that meet CRIAQ’s eligibility criteria. You will receive an email informing you whether your project idea has been selected.
If your project idea is selected, you will receive an email containing the PowerPoint presentation of your project idea as it will be displayed during the event.
Step 3
Presenting your project idea at the event
Your project idea will be presented on stage by a member of your team during the event.
Following each project idea presentation session, a dedicated networking period will be held to allow attendees to express their interest. Your organization will be provided with a booth where you can engage with individuals interested in participating in your project idea.
Two representatives from your organization must be available on February 24th, 2027 to answer participants’ questions.
Step 4
Collection of expressions of interest
Organizations interested in participating in your project idea will be able to express their interest by scanning a QR code at your booth using the RDV Forum mobile app.
After the event, a CRIAQ Project Manager will provide you with a list of expressions of interest. You will then be able to review them and select the organizations that best align with your objectives in order to build the ideal partnership.
