Bring your collaborative aerospace research projects to life!
We connect key players in the aerospace ecosystem, stimulating an innovation network and establishing links between industry and research. Our goal is to stimulate innovation, forge technological collaborations and form research partnerships, thereby turning project ideas into reality and generating benefits.
Our mission is to animate the aerospace research and innovation ecosystem in Quebec. We foster links between industry collaborators, universities, colleges, and research centers, in collaboration with Canadian and international partners.
Benefit 1
Establishing links with the aerospace ecosystem and other innovative ecosystems
Networking and mobilization to seize opportunities for collaborative research and innovation
CRIAQ: a proven, solid, and active network
With over 20 years of experience and the completion of more than 230 projects, CRIAQ has the key knowledge and networks to identify the best strategic partners, both from the industry and academic research, to build the most optimal team for your aerospace innovation project.
Connecting the aerospace industry and research
Whether you are an SME, a start-up, a large industrial group, a researcher, a professor, or a student working on advanced technology research topics with aerospace applications, we have the active network and technological collaborations to put you in touch with the right people and bring your R&D project to fruition, with the ultimate aim of making it operational.
Establish connections during events organized by CRIAQ and its partners
Whether at a CRIAQ event, such as RDV Réseau or RDV Forum, or at another activity in which we participate, we facilitate meetings with key people and stimulate the exchange of ideas and people, thereby contributing to technological advances.
Missions abroad to build partnerships
In our determination to advance the aerospace ecosystem of Quebec, we carry out missions abroad several times a year. These missions aim to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones, while focusing on projects originating from Quebec-based industrial collaborators and our public research centres. With these targeted relationships, we can put you in touch with foreign research centres or companies with complementary expertise, so that you can realize tangible outcomes.
Promote your research capabilities and activities to CRIAQ's innovation network and international partners
The technological leadership of Quebec companies is remarkable, with numerous innovation projects constantly being developed and implemented. Wherever we are or whatever activity we are involved in, our mission remains unchanged: to enhance and promote Quebec research and technological collaborations. We highlight your research capabilities and activities within the CRIAQ network, and with our international partners, thereby contributing to technological advances, new knowledge, and industrial development in Quebec.
Benefit 2
CRIAQ's innovation network mobilization events

The RDV Network
A networking activity for our members offered at least four times a year, RDV Network contributes to knowledge sharing and sparks enriching discussions on topics related to CRIAQ’s Roadmap 2035, thus stimulating aerospace innovation. RDV Network events showcases new members and highlight their expertise, which is essential for technological collaborations and the advancement of collaborative aerospace research projects. They are also an excellent opportunity to share work results, contributing to technological advances and the expansion of CRIAQ’s innovation network.

The "RDV Forum"
The RDV Forum is the ecosystem’s flagship event for creating, stimulating, and supporting new R&D projects, connecting the industry and research over two days of project ideation. Industrialists present their project ideas and discuss technological transitions for sustainable aerospace, future air mobility, and digital aviation systems with the research community. The RDV Forum is the ideal venue for creating and supporting interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral cooperation, accelerating developments and fostering research partnerships. The event is also an ideal opportunity to promote up-and-coming talent and meet your future partners, thereby helping to bring about structuring projects.

Webinars
We offer free online sessions on a variety of topical issues affecting our members, such as new calls for projects and other information, thus strengthening the innovation network.

Committees and Working Groups
The world of collaborative aerospace research is vast, and the trajectories of technological transformation are diverse. We set up working groups or committees to reflect on these and contribute to the progress of the topics addressed. On a voluntary basis, our members are invited to join them and contribute to the advancement of aerospace knowledge and innovation.

The RDV AGA
The voice of our members is at the heart of our governance. Whether during the year or at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), you are always invited to contribute to discussions and share your perspectives on aerospace collaboration. Over and above the underlying obligations of an AGM, this is also an opportunity to present the highlights of CRIAQ’s year rich in activities with the ecosystem, R&D projects, and various initiatives. Each CRIAQ member (except associate members) must designate one person to vote on resolutions presented at the AGM.

Benefit 3
Preferential rates for CRIAQ’s or partner paid events

RDV Forum
CRIAQ’s RDV Forum is a key event in the aerospace ecosystem, fostering aerospace collaboration that brings together key players on a national and international scale to discuss issues and solutions aimed at accelerating transitions towards resilient and sustainable air mobility. This event is a privileged platform for connecting industry and research, stimulating aerospace innovation, and bringing about technological collaborations and research partnerships.
As a member, you benefit from a preferential rate to take part in these two days dedicated to the ideation of projects for tomorrow’s air mobility, as well as in many other aspects of this event. Find out more.

Other Events
At the heart of the aerospace ecosystem and the innovation network, CRIAQ is a regular partner in community development activities, both in aerospace and in other related innovative sectors. These events are ideal opportunities to explore technological advances and develop synergies between different players. Depending on the nature of these activities, we may also offer certain benefits to our members, strengthening ties within the community and contributing to the evolution of aerospace innovation.
